The Health Shield team knew that they needed unique, memorable branding to stand out in such a crowded market, so that’s exactly what we delivered – a whole collection of versatile illustrated characters, each with a distinct personality, to differentiate the brand from the competitors. Thanks to our strong understanding of how the brand should be effectively portrayed, it is used across all Health Shield marketing materials, including the website, literature, direct mail, press advertising, email campaigns and exhibitions.

Due to its rapid growth over recent years, in 2016 we were tasked with rebuilding the Health Shield website to attract new audiences and generate enquiries. Making sure that user experience was at the heart of the website, we created new areas of the site that were tailored towards specific customers to allow them to find relevant information quickly and efficiently, as well as simplifying the navigation to guide customers towards calls to action.
We used our social media expertise to market the site across a range of channels, including Google Search Network, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter. The results in the first two months alone speak for themselves…
