GOLD RUSH FOR PEPPERMINT SODA AT THE CIPR AWARDS

Last night, the Peppermints donned their glad rags for the prestigious Chartered Institute of Public Relations NW PRide Awards. There are some grins across the office this morning as we scooped not one, but four gold awards.

The team was victorious in categories for Best Event, Best Use of Digital, Consumer Relations Campaign and Low Budget Campaign. The winning campaign, #LiveTransplant, was performed on behalf of longstanding client, The Farjo Institute.

Working with Dr. Bessam Farjo, we orchestrated the UK’s first hair transplant to be broadcast live online, managing the event from the outset through its planning, filming and eventual broadcast. The campaign generated an outstanding ROI for our client of £320 for every pound spent and helped to secure over 1,000 enquiries to Manchester-based clinic.

Peppermint Soda was commended for its “efficiency and creativity”, with judges labelling #LiveTransplant an “inspiring event.” One judge even described the campaign as “crazy and bonkers” – he clearly knows us well!

We’re absolutely thrilled with the night’s success, especially considering the calibre of other entries. Congratulations to all nominees and winners – it’s safe to say that we’re a talented bunch up north!
