Having been nominated in six categories, we’re feeling pretty chuffed to get a nod in every single one, including a Highly Commended in the Freshest Consultancy category.
We took home one Gold for PR Experiential Campaign or Event and four Silver awards for Use of Broadcast, Low Budget Campaign, Digital or Social Media Campaign and Not for Profit / Pro Bono Campaign.
Three of the trophies were for our #LiveTransplant event – the first hair transplant ever to be streamed live on the Internet in the UK. The others – Digital or Social Media Campaign and Not for Profit / Pro Bono Campaign – were for our work with American sweetener brand, Sweet’N Low and Genesis Breast Cancer Prevention – the UK’s only charity entirely dedicated to the prediction and prevention of breast cancer.
I’ve been a Peppermint for almost five years, and during that time I’ve seen the agency add many awards its brimming trophy cabinet during that time. However, I’m particularly proud to clinch this latest bunch of accolades.
We rebranded as a fully integrated marketing communications consultancy at the start of 2013, and winning awards in broadcast, digital, social media and event categories further demonstrates how far we’ve come and the new and innovative projects we’re lucky enough to work on every day.
It’s an incredibly exciting time to work in the communications industry, with changes and challenges popping up all the time. Working across all media platforms is, in my opinion, essential to garner the type of results clients need to see in 2013 and beyond.
