Peppermint Relaunches Ena Shaw Home with a Bang

Peppermint HQ has been a hive of activity over the last week, preparing for the grand reopening of Ena Shaw Home in St Helens.

Following a major revamp, we were appointed by the family-owned soft furnishings business to relaunch its flagship store with a bang. Over the last month, the team has developed a new website and implemented an integrated advertising and media relations campaign, which culminated in a day of celebrations on Friday, 22 March.

The 25,000 sq ft store was relaunched with an official ribbon cutting ceremony, which was performed by managing director of Ena Shaw Home, Barrie Potter, alongside the Mayor of St Helens – Cannon Councillor Geoff Almond.

To mark the occasion, staff at the store served drink and cake and handed out balloons to say a big ‘thank you’ for the continued support shown by the local community. Despite the snow, hundreds of local shoppers braved the weather to visit the new-look store.

The family-owned store was originally opened in 1929. With over 80 years of trading under its belt, the owners decided to invest over £250,000 to give the store a modern facelift and a revitalised product offering.

Following a two month refurbishment period, the new shop offers a modern shopping experience with a significantly extended furniture department and a fantastic range of home essentials.

With a series of events coming up over the coming year, the grand reopening marks just the start of our relationship with Ena Shaw Home. So, if you want to find out more about projects in the pipeline, including some oh-so stylish celebrity partnerships, watch this space!
